33.2.1 Setup
From the Home screen, click "Administration" and click "Setup" to open the Setup Latitude screen
Click Time tab
Tick “Employees must be assigned to jobs”
Click Done
Click Yes to log-off Latitude
Restart Latitude
33.2.2 Allocate Employee to a Job
From the Home screen, click "Job / Project" and select the Job
Click the Staff tab
Select Employee you want to assign to the Job
