Remote Training & Consulting

We conduct remote training with a copy of your data so you will learn to use Latitude to solve your specific problems.
All users must be able to run remote software and have an internet connection to attend training. They do not have to be in the same location ie. they may be located at different sites
Before the training session, we discuss your requirements and agree on a training plan for the session(s). A session may cover:
Latitude Administrators: setup and configuration
LatitudeManagers: job costing, project management, management reporting and advanced search for jobs, files, documents etc
Accounts personnel: invoices, receipts, link to accounts software
General users: timesheet entry, searching, use of the register to track calls, variations, drawings delivered to customers and to future date items
